National Pathology Week 2010 will focus on the the role of all the pathology specialties in the health of mothers and babies with respect to the actualisation of the millennium development goals (MDGs).

Monday 1st November 9am-11am Rally.
1pm-2pm Laboratory open day for health professionals and lay members of the hospital board.
Tuesday 2nd November 9am-12noon Opening ceremony and Lectures.
1pm-3pm Exhibition themed ‘Cervical screening’.
Wednesday 3rd November 9am-1pm Paper and Poster presentation.
Thursday 4th November 9am-11am Heart - based quiz for school students.
12noon-2pm The Universities pathology challenge.
Friday 5th November 10am-12noon Virtual autopsy.

Audience: Local schools, healthcare professionals, biomedical and medical students, policy makers and the public.
