Healthy HeartsOur 'Love your Heart' theme starts just in time for Valentine's day, so why not hold an event highlighting what really makes hearts beat faster?

Many pathology specialties have a link to heart health with a role in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of heart disease.

Pathology is also 'the heart of modern healthcare', so you could also run an event to highlight how important pathology is to modern healthcare, as well as looking at how pathologists and scientists look after people with heart disease.

As part of National Pathology Year we have created a number of resources, including posters, flyers and handouts to help you organise events. You can also find advice and guidance on how to organise, promote and evaluate events.
