January - New Year’s Resolutions
Lots of people make New Year's Resolutions. Have you resolved to eat more healthily, cut down on your alcohol intake or take more exercise?
National Pathology Year kicks off with pathologists trying to do themselves out of a job! Why not organise an event providing information about how a healthier lifestyle can prevent some of the diseases that are increasingly common in today’s society? This could be an amazing opportunity for pathologists and scientists to demonstrate why some foods are better for you than others and how smoking can affect every organ in the body, not just the lungs.
Resources
As part of National Pathology Year we have created a number of resources, including posters, flyers and handouts to help you organise events. You can also find advice and guidance on how to organise, promote and evaluate events.
